Pickup and delivery planning
Pickups are generally booked at least 2 days ahead. Delivery planning follows your route and partner availability. We do not commit fixed pickup or delivery clock-times, because travel arrivals (especially flights) can shift.
Service timelines
- Standard: typically 2–3 working days from pickup.
- Express: faster routes where available at booking.
Recipient unavailable
If the recipient is unavailable, we attempt one rescheduled delivery. If that re-attempt also fails, storage and return-to-origin handling may apply as described in the Terms of Service.
Handover, seals, and photos
Bags are accepted on a said-to-contain basis. At pickup we may apply tamper-evident seals and record photographs of outer condition. Where available in the app, you can view pickup photos from your booking tracking screen. Identity verification must be complete before pickup is scheduled.
Coverage
Active cities are listed on the Coverage page. Route serviceability is confirmed during booking for your exact pick-up and drop-off addresses.
